How do I register for Access training?
To register for training, you can either enter your request online via the Booking Portal or you can email to apac.learningservices@theaccessgroup.com.
Is there any material I need to access before a Virtual Instructor-Led Training course or Webinar?
Selected Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT) courses may include supporting learning materials associated with the training content. Where this is the case, you will receive additional login details to access the Training Online Portal.
Supporting documentation may also be available for download (live, in-session) for selected Webinar courses.
What time does the VILT or Webinar start?
The start time is indicated in your Enrolment Confirmation e-mail. The training time is in Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST). However, during daylight saving time, which is observed from late October to early April, the training time changes to Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT). We recommend logging in 5-10 minutes before the start time.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please refer to the Learning Services Training & Cancellation Terms and Conditions which contain information about course cancellation and booking policies.
Can multiple people from my office login to training?
No. Training is purchased per person and cannot be shared among colleagues unless they have purchased the same training.
Training sessions will be monitored and additional customers who have not been enrolled into these sessions via our Booking System, but attend training, will be charged.
Please see the Learning Services Training & Cancellation Terms and Conditions for more information.
What is the difference between Online/eLearning, VILT and Webinar training?
Online or eLearning courses are digital, self-paced modules that provide access to various materials, including interactive learning, manuals, Quick Reference Guides, and Checklists. The content is self-guided without the presence of a trainer.
Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT) is an interactive online learning experience. Training occurs in a virtual classroom and is conducted by one of our expert trainers. Our state-of-the-art learning environment enables you to follow the trainer, complete tasks and exercises using a lab, and ask questions as you go. Availability for VILT sessions is limited.
Webinars are delivered to large audiences, led by our expert Subject Matter Experts. These sessions generally include a mix of presentation and demonstration-style delivery. Our webinar platform allows you to ask questions using text and engage with the presenter using features such as polling. Any unanswered questions will be responded to within 5 to 14 days after the conclusion of a live webinar session.
How can I seek assistance accessing my training or any technical issues viewing learning content?
If you experience technical difficulties accessing your learning module or if you have general learning queries, please email our team at apac.learningservices@theaccessgroup.com
